Ideal Family Accommodation

There are many activities in the area and we offer several great accommodation options for you to choose from. We have spacious 2-bedroom Motel Units and Deluxe Chalets available (each with Freeview and Netflix). Standard cabins and Deluxe Cabins (share park facilities) and we certainly don’t compromise on space for camping with our range of non-powered and powered camp sites.

Hot Pools

Open to the public (from 10am)

There are two natural mineral pools at Athenree Hot Springs & Holiday Park. The larger pool is at 33-35C with an average depth of 1.3m and also has a shallow section for toddlers. Our smaller adult relaxing pool is at a temperature of 39.5C. A change room with toilets, showers and heated floors is located within the complex.

Local area information

We are located at the northern end of the Bay of Plenty region. Around us we have several lovely small towns and villages. Each with their own unique look and feel. We're easy to get to and just off the main road between Auckland and Tauranga. The perfect spot for you and your family to come and relax and enjoy the "Bay"
